How will I receive confirmation of my order?
Immediately after you place your order online, Sun Devil Trophy will send you an email which confirms the details of your order.
How will I know when my product is shipped?
When your order is complete and shipped, Sun Devil Trophy will send you an email with information on how to obtain your tracking information. Check status HERE
How & Where do I enter my engraving information?
After selecting your awards, you will be prompted for your engraving information. You may “attach” a layout or logo by clicking “browse” and navigating to the location of this file on your personal computer. Don’t forget to click “upload” to transfer your file to our servers. Unless instructed, all text will be centered.
Payment questions
What method of payment can I use online?
Sun Devil Trophy, accepts Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
Will my order & credit card information be safe over the Internet?

How can I establish an open billing account with SDT?
Please contact us by email or call us at 1-800-602-6323. Our staff will be happy to assist you.
How much is sales tax?
Sales tax is collected at the current rate of 7.95% for Arizona orders.
Engraving questions
Engraving & Etching is included in the price of all products. Extra setup fees may apply for logos (if they are not in the proper format)
How much engraving can I put on my award?
The amount of engraving depends on the product. Each item has a maximum number of lines available. Twenty to twenty-five letters per line is suggested for most products. You may use a logo or artwork in place of one or more lines of engraving.
May I be assured that the engraving is professional?
Sun Devil Trophy uses the latest technologies and software on state-of-the-art equipment.
May I see the engraving setup before you put it on the product?
Yes. On the order form (under special instructions), you can request that a proof of the engraving layout be emailed to you for your approval. There is no charge for emailed proofs on orders of $100 or more. Your order will be shipped within 2 working days following your approval of the proof. Please note that this may delay your shipment
What if the engraving is spelled wrong?
Because technology allows the transfer of your text directly into our engraving machines, we can guarantee that your order will arrive engraved exactly as you ordered. Please double-check the spelling of names before placing if there is an error please contact Sun Devil Trophy immediately 1-800-602-6323.
Engraving Responsibility
We ask that you Check Re-Check & Triple Check the information. In the first 24 hours after placing your order, if you discover an error after your order is placed, you can correct it by opening your account and editing your order online. Check your status and if your status is OPEN you may edit your order. Check Status Here

How long will my order take to process?
Most of Sun Devil Trophy products are in stock and will be shipped from Sun Devil Trophy production facility 5-7 business days after we receive your order. Orders placed before 12 noon Arizona Time will be processed the same day. Orders after 12 noon will be processed the following business day. Some non-stock or special order products will require additional time. If you need Rush Service please Call Sun Devil Trophy and Awards 1-800-206-6323. .

We only accept Fed Ex for third party Billing Please note this, when placing your order. in (Special Instructions) There will be a $25 service charge for third party billing.
Ordering questions
Delivery dates are guaranteed only for “typical business days”, which means Monday through Friday EXCEPT the following holidays: (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day and the Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year’s Eve.)
We consider our guarantee met when we ship by a method that is guaranteed by FedEx to arrive by your delivery date. If the carrier is unable to complete the delivery due to business closure or other unforeseen events such as incorrect or incomplete address given by you, our customer.
Will I be notified when my order is shipped?
Yes, you will receive email notification when your order is shipped with a Fed Ex Tracking Number for you to track your shipment. Clicking on the tracking number will direct you to FED EX web site.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, your email confirmation of your shipment will contain a tracking number.
A Fed Ex Tracking Number will be provided on your Confirmation Shipped Email. Clicking on the tracking number will direct you to FED EX web site.
How much is shipping and handling?
Shipping and handling is calculated by weight and number of packages this will vary according to the size and weight of your order, your shipping method and your location.
If I need my order sooner, do you have an express service?
Yes, we offer express services, including rush services and overnight air shipments. Please contact us if your order requires special attention.
How much is express shipping?
Shipping and handling is calculated by weight and varies according to your order size. Shipping will be calculated before you submit your order and you will be given the option to choose various shipping methods.
What if my order is delayed, lost or damaged when shipped?
While we are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping companies, your satisfaction is our primary concern. If you have any problems, please contact us. We will do everything possible to correct the situation.
Returns
Can I return items for a refund?
To return merchandise for refund or replacement, written permission must be obtained in advance. Engraved medals, plaques, crystal, acrylic and custom items cannot be returned. Returned merchandise is subject to a 30% restocking charge and an engraving fee, if applicable.
What if I receive a damaged or an incorrect order? In the event that there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. We will do everything possible to correct the situation and ensure your satisfaction.
Trophy assembly questions
What is an unassembled trophy?
"Unassembled" means a trophy has all of the components (parts) included in the shipment, but requires some assembly before presentation.
Why do you offer certain items unassembled?
In most cases it is to reduce costs. Some items are shipped unassembled to protect the products during shipment.
Is the assembly difficult?
No. We include an instruction sheet on trophy assembly with your order. Assembly of some items simply involves attaching the engraved plate to the trophy.
Helpful Tips
Give yourself plenty of time to order and receive your awards. Once we have received your order, it will usually ship within 5-7 business days (please see our schedule in the policies: shipping section). You will want to allow adequate time for your order to arrive to you via FED EX ground.
Have a budget in mind. Cost can be a major factor in deciding which award to choose. We recommend that you choose a product that properly recognizes the recipient and is within your budget.
Be prepared with the text that you want to have engraved on your award. Your online ordering will be much faster if you already have an idea of the message you want to convey.
Standard engraving on corporate items includes, but is not limited to:
• name of recipient
• reason for the award
• name of company, organization or individual presenting the award
• the date
• Company logo
Standard engraving on trophies includes, but is not limited to:
• name of the player
• team name
• year, and/or award title (i.e.: MVP, most improved, etc.)
What if I have a problem with my order?
Please call 1-800-206-6323 or email us at sales@sundeviltrophy.com right away. Most of the problems are as simple as sending out a new engraved plate, rather than returning the entire trophy. If the problem is more significant than that, we will work with you to solve the problem.
How do I send you my company logo? What format is the best?
Your logo can be sent in a variety of formats. Please visit our artwork specs section for details.

APO/FPO Addresses:
We welcome APO/FPO orders! Shipping charges to APO/FPO addresses are equal to USPS priority mail charge plus $10 handling. As with all orders, your credit card will not be billed until your order ships.

Returns

Proofs
A $10 proof charge for fax/email proofs. Please note that this option will increase production time. Your order will be shipped subsequent days following your approval of the proof. Fax Proofs after Original Proof will be billed at $7.50 each per page
Logos
The quality of your logo on the finished product will be directly related to the artwork you provide. Please make every effort to provide us with high quality digital artwork. Your logo can be sent in a variety of formats. Please visit our artwork specs section for details.
Artwork/Logos
Custom Logos
Artwork for engraving custom logos can be sent in a variety of PC formats. The preferred formats are AI EPS or Corel Draw - All artwork must be 300 DPI or greater.
Artwork must be in a black ad white format with no grayscale.
If you need artwork to be Re-Worked,we will be happy to create new art for you at an hourly rate of $75 per hour. Half hour minimum billing.
